Art stuff
Unsplash - A source of uncopyrighted images to use for whatever you like no credit necessary. Great for reference images and blinkies. Blinkies.cafe - A generator website for making blinkies. (I don't use this to make my own but someone else might find it useful.)
Code stuff
W3Schools - A great place to learn html/css/js- if you've ever googled "how to do x in html" this probably showed up. Petrapixel - A website featuring lots of code information and a website layout generator to get started if coding from scratch is too intimidating.
Website Websites
websitereview.neocities - A website that shares links to and gives brief reviews of many others. Wonderful sort system.
Other Small Websites
sydneycookart - Older art website with a blog section. lycanwlf - Very pretty personal website. Haven't dived into this one yet. Werecoyote - Beautiful personal website by a coyote therian. Velvet Blue - Website based off P3R. Genuinely one of the most pretty sites on neocities, and the one that inspired me to start coding.
